AFC has the best conference because of a lot of great teams and coaches
NFC do have some great teams (Eagles, Panthers, Cards, Seahawks) but the middle and low teams are worse.

NFC 2 Superbowls
AFC 1 Superbowl
HOLY SHIT I HAD A BRILLIANT IDEA.......With like 10 ppl being able to play on the same team in the new madden I think that the top finishers from each division should play together in the ProBowl. AFC vs NFC....that would be epic

The superbowls argument really makes no sense at all in regards to talking about the best conference overall... just because the nfc had the best team in the league for 2/3 seasons doesn't mean that the conference as a whole was better.
It's all about matchups, and just because the NFC representative beat the AFC rep, that doesn't mean the NFC champ could beat team 2 or team 3 in the AFC. Like I said, it's all about matchups. Looking at an overall NFC vs AFC record would be MUCH MORE relevant than looking at Super Bowls. That's just stupid.

be impossible to look at all afc vs. nfc games at a whole, and either way the whole goal of a team is to win it all, the conference that does so is obviously the best team in the league.

So when Ohio State wins the National Championship in college football, the Big Ten is the best conference nationwide?? No. It's not. Simply looking at SuperBowls is just a blind and ignorant way of looking at it.. An AFC vs NFC breakdown would be much more comprehensive and legit.
